This site is run by Tatiana Andrea Real, a licensed health insurance broker trading as Real Clarity Benefits, based in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what I collect, why, and what I will never do with it.

What I collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, email address, the state you live in, who the coverage is for, whether you have coverage now, a household income range, and what has you looking. If you use the referral form, the name and contact details you give for the person you are introducing.

I do not run advertising trackers or sell analytics data about you. Your browser may store your language choice on your own device so the site opens in the language you picked.

Why I collect it

To contact you about health coverage, prepare quotes, check what you qualify for, submit an application if you choose one, and service the policy afterwards. That is the whole list.

What I never do

• I never sell, rent or trade your information.
• I never share it with lead buyers, marketing lists or data brokers.
• Your consent to be texted or called is never shared with a third party for their own marketing.

Who does see it

Insurance carriers and the health insurance Marketplace, but only what an application or quote actually requires, and only when you have asked me to pursue that plan. Plus the ordinary tools that run the business — email, scheduling, and document signing — which see only what is needed to do their job. I may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where a state insurance regulator requests it.

Text messages and calls

If you tick the consent box on a form, you are asking Real Clarity Benefits to reach you at the number you gave, by call or text, about quote information, appointment confirmations and reminders, and policy service updates.

• Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Reply HELP for help.
• Consent is not a condition of buying anything.
• Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Keeping it, and getting it removed

Records tied to a policy are kept as long as state insurance record-keeping rules require. Everything else is kept only as long as it is useful to help you. Write to me at letstalk@realclaritybenefits.com and ask what I hold, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, and I will.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect their information. A parent may of course include a child on a family application.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
